Before getting into Network Care with
Dr. Hill, I had constant fatigue, lower back pain, headaches
from allergies, neck pain, and tingling in my arms and hands
like "pins-and-needles", and depression.
This resulted in no motivation. I've been irritable because
of pain therefore not a real joy to be around. I had a feeling
of living in a fog without the ability to think about or remember
things.
After starting care I can turn my head further. The tingling
sensation is only once in a while. The pain in my knee has
lessened. The best change is an increase in clarity--the fog
is lifting!! Also, it seems my allergies aren't as severe.
I'm feeling more energy too.
Thanks.

My experience with Network is that it is
not an event but a process. While getting adjusted, I had
a wonderful experience of dropping anxiety. I also had a wonderful
shift when I found myself one day full of anger and frustration.
After twenty minutes or so of that I got very clear that it
was not okay for those thoughts to be in my head. I have noticed
generally that I'm getting stronger and healthier not just
physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
Thanks!

For years I've carried chronic neck and shoulder
tension. My right side had very little mobility due to a self-defense
class and horseback falls. While under Network Care it took
about six months for me to feel my neck again, get my shoulders
back, plus be able to move my tailbone.
Also, I've been releasing lots of stored up anger. Before
I would numb these feelings by overeating to keep the anger
contained. Now, it emerges more spontaneously. Yes, a few
close friends don't like it one bit, but I'm delighted that
I'm becoming more authentic. I like feeling more empowered!

I began NSA care approximately eighteen months ago. I had
just been diagnosed with osteoarthritis by my medical doctor
who recommended I begin taking an anti-inflammatory drug known
as Rellefin. Since I was already taking hormone replacement
drugs, I didn't want to increase the amount of drugs in my
system. I decided to explore a holistic approach to dealing
with the debilitating pain and restriction in my movements.
I was in so much pain that I could only work half days.
My first approach was massage therapy. I loved the massage,
but there were no lasting effects. My massage therapist recommended
I try Network care and that was certainly the right answer.
Within weeks the terrible muscle spasm began to move around
my body, and then finally left altogether. I was very regular
with my appointments and soon had more "tools" to
deal with my problem than I had ever had. I began to be much
more aware of when and how the pain began, and I was now able
to release the spasm and postures which had nearly paralyzed
me earlier. This new awareness carried over into my relationships
as well. I was now able to recognize potentially troublesome
patterns developing before they became so "set"
within the emotional exchange of a relationship that neither
party would want to tackle the resulting problem. Life became
easier and more joyful. At one point I began yoga. I have
now regained much of my former strength and balance. Yoga
and Network are a winning combination for the specific problems
I have had.
Though I am in my mid-fifties, I feel today as supple and
energetic and flexible as I did when I was twenty-five! Much
of the credit goes to Network Care!

I had pain in back and neck, depression, anxiety, and my most
major concern was breathing difficulties. These all interfered
in my life so that I couldn't keep a job. I was also emotionally
unstable which made it tough on relationships. I was also
suicidal and indulged in several kinds of drugs which helped
calm my nerves.
Since being under Network Care with Dr. Spratt, I have had
no pain in my back and neck and a better sense of well-being.
Also, since starting care my breathing has immensely improved,
almost miraculously. No, it is miraculous.

I try to look at the spine like the
head. If I can eliminate the pressures in my spine, than I
will be in overall better health. Thus, when I went to see
Dr. Whelan for Network Care I told him my goals were to have
a healthier spine, learn to be more relaxed and whatever else
I might experience would be great. During my first session,
I started to notice changes in my breathing. It was like I
couldn't stop taking deep breaths in. I couldn't believe how
much air my lungs were taking in. When my session was finished,
I noticed I was standing and sitting up straight. I usually
slouch, so this made me a believer of this work. But, the
best part of it was I didn't care about a damn thing. I had
some things on my mind before coming, but not when I left
there. I was in a terrific mood and had the mentality of "don't
sweat the small stuff" (or the big stuff, for that matter).
It was a great feeling. One of the other major things I noticed
was my body wanted to move more and was more flexible. I found
myself dancing in my truck while I was driving, and I wanted
to go dance more. All in all, it was an excellent experience
that I plan to keep doing and I would recommend to anyone.

I have been a patient of chiropractic in
the past but it was the "crack & twist" variety.
I suffered from terrible pains in the middle of my back, between
my shoulder blades so that it hurt to sit up straight. Also,
I had been looking for some additional holistic input to my
health regime. I had concerns for my wellness. I was trying
to optimize and then maintain that state.
After starting Network care it seems unnatural not to sit
up straight! My breathing is now easier and fuller. I have
better sleep patterns most of the time, and more energy. I
feel better!

After my first Network treatment for
carpal tunnel discomfort I was able to sleep comfortably for
the first time in 6 weeks.
After my second treatment I recognized a larger in-flow of
oxygen into my body. I felt livelier and increased my activity
to painting lessons and piano lessons. Plus I read a lot and
engage in group Bible classes at my house. Praise God for
this breakthrough type of treatment for so many muscular health
irregularities.
E.W., age 81
I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis when I was in college
at UC Berkeley. I have always taken care of myself and sought
the best possible care I could for myself. I am a strict vegetarian,
exercise regularly, meditate, participate in yoga, receive
regular acupuncture treatments, and use homeopathics when
needed. Yet, my colitis still was a problem for me, especially
whenever the things were stressful in my life. I went to college
as a premed and was valedictorian of my class and was poised
to go to medical school. However, at the last moment I was
not keen on the idea of administering drugs or surgery to
the people I would have under my care. So, I started looking
into alternative forms of health care. That's when I discovered
Network Care. After my first adjustment, I came home and cried
uncontrollably for several hours. My doctor informed me that
this was just my body's way of releasing the stored stress
and energy that it had been storing from past stresses and
traumas. After several months of care, I noticed that my colitis
was no longer an issue at all.
I'm so happy I found Network Care because its given me my
quality of life back..

Thank you for the experience of Network. Now, after a year
of care, I have to tell you that I not only believe in the
concept, but also credit it for curing my reason for coming
in the first place. I had been diagnosed as having colitis
for a number of years. I was under the impression that this
was something that would just get worse with time and that
at best be contained. I had attempted a number of solutions
including medications and changes in food habits and diets
but to no avail. I am happy to report; I have just received
a lab test back that reports "No Active Colitis".
Without question, I credit this cure to Network Care.
Additionally, I can report that my lower back pains that I
had experienced for a number of years disappeared after a
couple of months of adjustments. I have also not experienced
any sickness such as cold's or flu's since I started this
program.

-Thank you Thank you
I so appreciate the wonderful
peaceful surroundings for your work and for my care. My experience
at has been very successful! I didn't get in this shape overnight
and I feel like I am in a place now to clear many patterns
that I have held on to since graduate school. I feel more
balanced, confident, and clear-headed! It seems as though
my body is at peace and now has the energy to propel me forward
to accomplish my professional goals and my goals as a good
mom, and spouse. I even can handle the travel stress that
once used to throw me into a tailspin. It feels so good to
be relaxed for once, and I highly encourage every mom out
there to take the time to learn what Network care has to offer.
Trust me, I am saner and my husband and kids will agree.
You may share my story with others and use my name.

Depression, anxiety
I had injured my right arm and had
been through a series of anti-inflammatory medications and
had stopped doing all activities except washing dishes, vacuuming
and brushing my daughters hair. I also had a constant earache
in my left ear. I was depressed because I couldn't work on
any of my hobbies: gardening, crocheting, or just regular
house work.
Since starting Network care with Dr.Hill the pain in my arm
and the earache went away after the first adjustment. If I
do some gardening or other hobby I haven't done for awhile
my arm gets sore but goes away quickly. I have felt as though
I have a happier attitude even if I'm not feeling well. I
have not been so grumpy--I was so unhappy before.

Fibromyalgia
I'd been suffering with fibromyalgia for
over five years now. I'd tried so many things and not many
seemed to help. I'd done the medical route, the holistic route,
the nutritional route, the spiritual path, and even other
chiropractors. But, I decided to give Network Care a try because
I was told this method had some success with people that had
come in with fibromyalgia.
In the beginning, I noticed subtle changes. My breath opened
up. My body seemed more relaxed. I was more aware of what
I was feeling in my body. Even though my body was still in
pain it seemed like something positive was shifting. I did
notice that I was better able to handle life and its stresses.
Slowly and progressively I realized that the fibromyalgia
didn't "own" me anymore. I was starting to feel
a sense of empowerment over my situation.
I also was taking medication for depression and for my thyroid
condition. At about the third or fourth month I was able to
significantly reduce my dosages of medications. I was very
thankful for that. And after nine months, my pain was hardly
noticeable at all and I stopped taking the medications for
depression altogether.
Too bad more people with fibromyalgia don't know about Network
Care. I used to attend Support Group meetings and everyone
that came to speak to us told us they had the answer. Well,
I'm finally glad I found the answer for me. Thanks for giving
me my life back.
P.J.
I've been to many doctors and healers since I was young. And
my fibromyalgia has not really responded much to anything
except Network Care. I appreciate your taking the time to
help me balance myself in so many ways that have made a lasting
difference. I know I should come more often but since my schedule
doesn't allow to-- the times I do come I find it helps my
pain and tiredness significantly until the next time I come.
Thanks!

Continuing back pain took me to a regular chiropractor and
daily adjustments and daily traction was recommended. I chose
not to initiate care. Then, in May 1999 I was admitted to
the emergency room for intractable back pain. While there
a new internist diagnosed me with fibromyalgia and was given
various medications for this. My weight at this point had
gone down 50 pounds since my first surgery. I was depressed
and still unable to sit for more than 3-4 minutes at a time.
A friend told me about Network Care. On my first appointment,
I was unable to lie down and he had to adjust me standing
up. By my second or third treatment I was able to lie on the
treatment table. I started Network Care with treatments three
times weekly.
Since beginning NSA I have been able to discontinue the antipsychotics,
pain medications, NSAIDs, and antianxiety medications. I have
continued with my Network treatments and have experienced
many changes in my physical, emotional and mental status.
I an now driving my car, walking, taking computer classes,
have gained back 25 pounds, and am volunteering at the local
animal hospital. But, one of the most significant improvements
in my life is changed relationship to the pain of fibromyalgia
and arthritis which I had been diagnosed with for several
years. My pain doesn't run my life. I have a gentle loving
relationship with it and my body. The body of my affairs,
relationships, every day life concerns and marital experience
has dramatically changed for the better. I am no longer impatient,
stress is less and even my sexual relationship with my spouse
has improved. I feel this is a direct result of my Network
Care. It has literally given me my life back. I inform others
of Network often and will continue to refer them.

Headache/Migraine
After my first visit with Dr. Hill
and Network care, I noticed considerable flexibility in my
back. I now breathe from my diaphragm as opposed to the shallow
breathing that I had been doing all my life.
My posture has improved. I have less arthritis, and I have
had no migraines since I started treatment. My night vision
has remarkably improved, and I no longer have pain or pressure
in my eyes. I had a soprano with a perfect pitch, which was
lost and is now restored.

I have had headaches on and off since I was fourteen. I suffered
fro a tailbone injury that happened when I was ten. I also
broke my left ankle about 11 years ago. So needless to say
there was not a day that went by that I was not in some sort
of physical pain.
I started Network care six months ago. When I first started
I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. The first month
or so was pretty rough. Every time my lower back was touched
I just wanted to come off the table-it hurt so bad, but now
it is a rare occasion. I have had only one headache in the
last four weeks. Before that, I would have them every other
day if not everyday. And these were the debilitating headaches,
like migraines. I feel like I have gotten rid of so much garbage
and it just keeps getting better.
S.W.
I had been captivated by a lecture about Network Care done
at a bookstore. I have not been disappointed. I have had relief
from chronic headaches and have experienced an improvement
in flexibility in my neck. I have reduced the amount of Florinal
with codeine I use to keep taking when I have headaches. These
three months have convinced me that I don't have to simply
"live with" or "manage" constant pain.
It has been very encouraging.
J.B.
I love Network care for several reasons.
Before beginning Network I was subject to migraine headaches.
I had medical treatments; massage therapy, acupressure, and
any other therapy I could find. Nothing worked until I found
Network.
Network has also helped me relax muscles I never even knew
I had. My posture has improved and I have more flexibility
in all parts of my body. Network has been a very positive
process for me.
A.B.
I was at a point in my life where I was told and felt that
having surgery in my neck to fix my bulging disc was my only
option. Having a neurosurgeon operate on my neck was a very
frightening thought. Had it not been for a friend's referral
to Network Care, I would have taken that route.
When, I came in early November I was desperate. I just wanted
something to help relieve the pain I was experiencing in my
neck, shoulder, and arm. I felt like I was becoming debilitated
very quickly and it was affecting my whole life and my entire
being. I was constantly in pain, I couldn't sleep at night,
it was affecting my work, and I was stressed most of the time.
Unfortunately, my family suffered the most. My life changed
when I started Network Care. I was told that you could not
cure or take away my pain, but you could help me help myself.
Even though I heard what was said, I wasn't quite sure what
to make of it. I'm just beginning to understand the depth
of the meaning of your words. Coming into care was one of
the best things I could have ever done for me and my family.
The physical symptoms I initially came in for have definitely
lessened (which I'm grateful for) but they don't seem to be
of major importance or a priority in my life anymore. The
emotional changes and spiritual growth I've been experiencing
on a daily basis are the priorities in my life. I'm able to
deal with everyone I come in contact with and everyday situations
in a much more relaxed and calm way. I'm not the same person
I was three months ago. Since, my entrainments I have recaptured
an inner peace and harmony within my being that I haven't
felt in a long, long time.
Thank you for helping my family and friends. And
most of all, thank you for the time to help me heal myself.
